Self Discovery with OH Cards
OH Cards are a gentle visual tool for self-expression.
Most people hold tangled, unnameable emotions and complicated life moments hard to articulate. OH cards can help.
Based on narrative therapy, this practice prioritises your personal story.
Cards are neutral and objective, with no fixed meanings or "right answers". You only share the first thought and raw feeling triggered by each image. Describing visuals becomes a natural outlet to release hidden emotions, with no judgment or constraints.
This is a heart-focused coffee chat space.
Daily coffee time is often occupied by work, leaving no room for genuine inner feelings.
Within one coffee break, I offer respectful listening. Guided by OH Cards, you can untangle messy thoughts and release unspoken emotions you struggle to voice alone.
• Service Format: 1-on-1 online only, no in-person meetings. No on-camera required.
• Languages available: Cantonese, Mandarin, English
• Duration & Price: 50 mins per session, HKD 100
• Booking Rule: Advance reservation is required
OH Cards are neutral tools without standard answers. You just share your instant feelings triggered by the drawn image, no overthinking or complex analysis is needed. This gentle process eases stress, releases hidden emotions and helps you reconnect with your true self.
Work confusion, relationship troubles, inner emotional blocks, stress relief, pure venting space, self-exploration, energy replenishments, or share happy moments.
• All conversations remain strictly confidential. Nothing you share will be used for promotional content.
• This is a one-off single session with no follow-up contact afterwards.
• You may delete my contact anytime after the session and add me back only when you need another session. No long-term emotional attachment is required.
OH Cards are merely tools for subconscious self-exploration. They are not psychotherapy and cannot replace professional mental health or medical treatment. Service will only start once you acknowledge this statement.

I’m a life-loving person with a multicultural perspective.

Born and raised in Guangdong, I earned my Master’s degree in Psychology from Hong Kong Shue Yan University. My career as a cross-border admin has taken me across various regions, with years of living and working experience in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Shanghai. This role let me listen to and support people from all backgrounds, cultivating abundant patience and empathy.

I weave my psychology background into gentle, neutral OH Card sharing, crafting a calm, judgment-free space for you to untangle inner feelings and slowly build trust in your authentic self.
As the editor of Instagram page @positive.infusion, I also share soft, uplifting content focused on self-awareness and emotional peace to reach more people online.

Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, I find my greatest joy in creating a bridge that lets others slow down, feel safe and gather the courage to embrace who they truly are.

There is only one heroism in the world: to see the world as it is, and to love it.
